IbnaticsOS subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings or by emailing billing@ibnaticsos.com.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to the platform until that date. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the remainder of a billing period after cancellation, except as required by applicable consumer protection law.
If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a new subscription contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of your subscription start date by sending a clear statement to legal@ibnaticsos.com with:
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
Note: If you expressly requested that we begin providing the service within the 14-day withdrawal period (by actively using the platform), you may be charged a pro-rated amount for the service provided prior to withdrawal.
The Partner Pilot is a one-time payment granting 90-day access to the Partner Pilot program.
EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. Contact legal@ibnaticsos.com within 14 days to request a full refund.
Non-EU customers: The Partner Pilot fee is non-refundable after 14 days from purchase. If you believe there are exceptional circumstances, contact us and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial period. If you cancel before your trial ends, you will not be charged. There is nothing to refund for a trial cancellation.
Overage charges are applied when you exceed your plan's included credit allocation. You will receive email notifications at 80% and 100% of your credit usage. Overage charges are non-refundable once incurred, as they represent actual computational resources consumed.
If you believe an overage charge was applied in error, contact billing@ibnaticsos.com within 30 days and we will investigate.
If IbnaticsOS experiences significant downtime or service failures directly attributable to us (excluding third-party provider outages), you may be eligible for service credits at our discretion. Contact support@ibnaticsos.com with details.
