Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of IbnaticsOS, including all AI-powered features. This policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service. By using IbnaticsOS, you agree to comply with this AUP.

2. Permitted Uses

IbnaticsOS is designed for professional marketing agency use, including:

  • Creating and managing marketing campaigns for clients
  • Generating AI-assisted marketing content (copy, scripts, creative briefs)
  • Video production planning and render management
  • Campaign performance analysis and reporting
  • Team collaboration on marketing projects

3. Prohibited Content

You may not use IbnaticsOS to create, distribute, or promote:

  • Synthetic media of real people without consent — Including deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content designed to impersonate real individuals
  • Content involving minors — Any sexual, exploitative, or inappropriate content involving individuals under 18
  • Biometric data extraction — Content designed to harvest facial recognition data or biometric identifiers
  • Disinformation — Deliberately false or misleading content designed to deceive audiences
  • Hate speech — Content that promotes discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
  • Illegal advertising — Content that violates applicable advertising standards, consumer protection laws, or industry regulations
  • Spam or unsolicited communications — Mass email or messaging campaigns to recipients who have not given express consent
  • Counterfeit or fraudulent content — Content designed to deceive consumers about product origin, endorsements, or claims

4. AI-Generated Content — IP Ownership & Responsibility

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and ensuring the legality of all AI-generated content before use. IbnaticsOS provides AI tools as creative aids — final editorial judgment and legal compliance responsibility rests with you.

Copyright & Originality

AI-generated content may not be fully original. You are responsible for conducting any necessary copyright clearance before commercial use. We make no warranty that AI outputs are free from third-party intellectual property claims.

Disclosure

Where required by law or platform policy (e.g., social media disclosures for AI-generated content), you are responsible for making appropriate disclosures to end audiences.

AI Provider Terms

AI features in IbnaticsOS are powered by Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, and Google AI. Your use of these features is also subject to the respective providers' usage policies. Content that violates their policies will be blocked.

5. Platform Integrity

You may not:

  • Attempt to circumvent credit limits, billing systems, or access controls
  • Use automated tools to scrape data or make excessive API requests
  • Share account credentials or allow unauthorized third parties to access your account
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system without authorization

6. Client Data Protection

If you upload client data to IbnaticsOS (e.g., audience information, client brand assets, campaign data), you represent that you have obtained all necessary consents and authorizations from your clients to process that data within our platform. You are responsible for ensuring your use of IbnaticsOS complies with any data processing agreements you have with your clients.

7. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. If we determine a violation has occurred, we may:

  • Issue a warning and request removal of violating content
  • Temporarily suspend account access
  • Permanently terminate the account without refund
  • Report illegal activity to relevant authorities

We will attempt to notify you before taking action except where immediate action is required to protect the platform, other users, or third parties.

8. DMCA & Abuse Reporting

To report copyright infringement (DMCA takedown request) or abuse of the platform:

DMCA notices must include: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material, your contact information, a statement of good faith belief, and your signature (electronic or physical).

We will respond to valid DMCA notices within 10 business days.
